Callie May - Character analysis

Who is Callie May? She's the girl from my newest story Love Offline.
Callie is just seventeen and she has some issues. She got sucked into a life where her online personality took over her real life one. With more than 8,000 so called "friends" on Instagram she found that these friends were more engaged with her when it came to negative stuff than anything positive, and so began a slippery path down to self harm and low self esteem. In Love Offline we meet Callie after she's sought out help and is back in control. But that doesn't mean it's all roses from then on, there are moments of doubt, insecurities, and most of all she's still fighting to separate herself from her phone. The big question is how she copes when she goes somewhere with no phone reception and no wifi. And can she find a hunky distraction to get through it? Well, it is a romance, so of course she does :-)
