Those of you who follow along and are writers or would like to write a book, will know that I spend some time hanging out at the writer's cafe on kboards chatting all things craft and publishing.

Unfortunately the forum was recently purchased by a new company and they made some big changes to the terms and conditions which basically means (in a nutshell) that they can take our posts and do what they want with them, i.e. republish them or use them out of context. The members weren't given any option to opt out of this, and it means they now own everything we have ever posted. Does that sound right to you?  It didn't to most of the members, and a large portion instantly stopped posting.

I've been there a long time, in fact I started there before I had published a single word. It was a place that was a huge part of my 'journey'. I'm not going to abandon it, but I am going to be more cautious now with what I share (perhaps I always should have been).

Which means that a lot of my posts need to be modified because I don't want them used in ways out of my control. So, I'm replacing them with this wormhole (as that's basically where my words have gone). And I apologise to anyone who might have found them useful.  I'm still here, though, for any and all of your questions. Peace out :-)
